• Payment Screenshot — if submitted, this is referenced locally; it is not automatically uploaded to our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• Processing and confirming your course or internship enrollment
• Verifying fee payment and issuing enrollment confirmation

Application and enrollment data submitted through our forms is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Firebase is subject to Google's own security and privacy standards. Student data is accessible only to authorized administrators through our password-protected admin dashboard.

Contact form submissions and messages are stored in the same Firebase Firestore database under restricted access.

5. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as page views, session duration and device type. This data does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
